TP-Link VIGI 1016H and ACTI TCM1231

Hello everyone, my name is Martin and I am from Germany. My previous system:
ACTI ECD-1000
4 x ACTI TCM1231 cameras
3 x TP-Link NC250 cameras
2 x Jovison IPC cameras
Since the ECD-1000 cannot save streams, I bought a TP-Link VIGI 1016H NVR
I can display all cameras except the TCM1231.
This goes with the VLC player
rtsp: / Cam-IP: 7070 or
rtsp: / Cam-IP: 7070 / track1 or track2 or
rtsp: / Cam-IP: 7070 / udp / track1 or track2

I am in contact with TP-Link Support, but they don't know anything new either.
The TP-Link display the ACTI-Cam (as Onvif),i can added,but there is no connected.
Can I not change something in the TCM1231 software / setup?
The data sheet has the TCM1231 ONVIF 2.0
I know the camera is older but still good.

Can someone help me please?

RTSP Parameter:
Protokoll = Auto
Port=554
Resource Path= track1 and/or track2 (for the ACTi Cam) For Tapo C200: stream1, or stream2
