Hi Folks

I'm trying not to get an AI alert when a person is detected using the ipcam-combined model. I have person entered in the to cancel field which i think is the correct setup.

If I replay the recorded clip back it clearly detects a person and does not detect any of the labels in the To confirm field.

So I changed one setting and now it works!

Interesting.

I've assumed that this setting applies if using the Blue Iris motion sensor, not ONVIF. However, I cannot find this setting's description in the Help PDF (perhaps I'm just overlooking it?).

Are you triggering the camera via ONVIF?

ok I was triggering on both. So i tried on ONVIF only - it worked - that is a received a trigger email alert. I tried with Motion only and received no email alert

This is my trigger setup now
