TinyCam red background colo in camera title / speed

Hello,

Anyone knows what the red background where the camera name and speed appears means? There´s no much info, I only can guess that bad signal from camera?

tinyCam dev is here. This is an image from tinyCam home widget. Red background means that image was not updated successfully and previously obtained image from 9:06:59 AM is still shown. Press refresh button again.
