Not sure if this is a good deal or not (or how often it goes on sale- I don't use any Android devices), but the Google Play store has tinyCam Monitor Pro on sale for $1.99 US.

Another popular one, IP Cam Viewer Pro, is still $4. So I'd say this is a fairly good deal. If anyone has been thinking about picking up one of these apps and has app-buy-phobia like I do, now could be a good time! LOL.
