Can anyone help me out? I've got a yellow warning triangle bottom left of my screen indicating "Resolution or Bitrate of substream not supported"
Although that camera appears as normal on my NVR direct feed, it does not show on my PC, smartphone or Ipad apps, although it does during night vision.
I've gone into Record/Parameters but it won't let me access the Substream section for the affected camera stating "Operation failed. This function is not supported by the camera."
**ps - It looks like substream is no longer enabled - where do I look for that?
Any ideas?
