i bought 2 tiandy cameras,one starlight 1.3 mpix ,onvif compatibile but no work on blue iris,the other one is ptz 20* optical zoom 2 mpix tiandy and work on generic rtsp.smaler one i make also generic rtsp but always says unauthorized.in brovser work ok. one is http://en.tiandy.com/products/10355.html which work but ptz no work,other is http://en.tiandy.com/products/10375.html and no work.

What version of blue iris? (exact version)..

did you enter the proper user name and password, port etc..and use the find/inspect button?
If that doesnt work try this..

If you cannot get it working, you need to contact support and give him access to the camera.
