Timeline and Alerts visible in UI3 - Not visible in console.

Hi all. Long time lurker, first time poster.

I have been running BI for nearly 2 years and have come across an issue I can't seem to solve. One of my IP Cams in BI is working completely fine in the webserver, but not in the console.

I have alerts set up to link with Home Assistant via MQTT and these are all functioning fine for this camera. I have checked my alerts and stored folders in the DB and all recordings and JPEGs are fine for this camera as well. On the screenshot attached you can see the flags are showing for this camera on the webserver circled in red, but they are completely missing on the console timeline. I can play back footage for this camera on the webserver as well. However on the console the timeline footage is just black.

Any help here would be appreciated!

Webserver is the HTTP webserver for Blue Iris (ui3) - Blue Iris UI3.

Yes. "Console" is my main BI Machine (Windows PC). So accessing the main BI program on this machine as administrator.

Webserver working fine for this camera and alerts, main BI machine is not. Which seems really odd to me.
