I have joined this group simply because everyone talks "real world" experiences. While other forums seem to be more superficial. I installed my own CCTV system 15 years ago and wanted to updage to 1080p. After hiring a so called "expert" we were ripped off with a mediocur failing system. 4 months ago I started my research and decide to use Dahua as a minufactuer. Just to thorough I decided not to use price a deterent and bought a professional system which I am busy installing. I have also bought via AliExpress but living in South Africa seems to be simpler in dealing with China than the USA.
