Video shows bicyclist hit and neighbor said that racial slurs of "White Privledge" were heard. We all know what group of people have fostered this mentality.

Surveillance video shows car strike bicyclist at Dana Point intersection before alleged assault; suspect identified - ABC7 Los Angeles.

So many assumptions but the bicyclist is crossing the crosswalk at a two-lane left turn. The driver did not see the cyclist is my assessment from the video. I know this turn well.

But no reason to get out and stab the guy.

Video also show just how pathetic Ring video camera are. There are two separate pathetic Ring camera views in this news clip, one from the front of the impact and the other from behind.

Except the situation really did happen and yeah except for the smoke (which why would that add that LOL) is probably a really close approximation to what actually happened based on flight tracking software and radio communication.

The first two links are from flightradar24 showing on radar and radio communication how close they got. The 3rd and 4th link are a few of the many articles talking about the incident.
