The Dog That Got Away

The dog walker wanted to go in another direction, but the dog had other ideas. The closeup view was captured by a license plate camera.

I wonder if the dog got a whiff of that mountain lion or coyote and decided NO WAY.

This has to be the first time this person has EVER walked a dog on a leash, especially a dog wearing a harness. Dogs are smart and know if they face you and you keep pulling they can usually pull out of the harness. It's clearly coming off and the person keeps pulling.....the dog's got more going on in his brain than the person does, IMO.
