TFTP hikvision to upgrade Dvr Frimware

Hi
I Want Reset my DVR hikvision password & upgrade Frimware but i have problem

TFTP server [192.0.0.128] initialized
Connect client success [192.168.1.64]Success
Open file failure[C:\TFTP-Auto-Update\econt_Vision-AV2000]

Anyone can help me
 
Make sure your firmware is inside the tftp folder, the best place for the folder is C:/tftp
 
then the firmware is either corrupt or not in the correct format or even the wrong firmware for your dvr
