Using instructions from here --> Laview to Hikvision
I have the correct firmware in the directory
I am using Scott Lambs TFTP server.
On Wireshark I can see the Camera Request 192.0.0.128 on boot, the computer responds to the ARP request.
The TFTP server never does the magic number handshake, thus never sending the file
Windows 10, firewall off. Python 2.7
Note: other cameras have updated on this exact setup without issue.
