Testing an existing video

I have an existing .bvr file that Blue Iris created. Is there a way to use the test-run feature to check for motion? My goal is to adjust the settings so I get the triggers I want while avoiding motion that can be ignored. Any thoughts?

Interesting question, I'm not a Blue Iris user so I can't say for sure, but somebody like @fenderman would know for sure

You could probably convert/export the video to a format VLC can handle and use it to create a RTSP stream that Blue Iris connects to.

Many thanks for the quick response. I'm still getting up to speed on rtsp streaming but it looks like this is going to do just what I need.
