Terrible delay in ivms-4500 android app

I have the setup three tablets with ivms-4500 mounted in wall on local wifi. I have a unifi wifi sstem and the latency is very low. The problem is that over time the app develops a delay from real time and it can be up to a minute. If i restart the app it fixes but then it builds up again. Any solutions? The cameras are mixed hd-tvi and ip. I didnt have wiring to do all ip. The connection is to the hybrid dvr.

Try using hardware decoding on the app

I tried that yetserday . It did not help. I am still getting the delay after 5 to 10 minutes. The screens are located pretty closely to the unifi AP's. Any other ideas?
