terminal helix videotron quebec

Hello everyone, I don't know if there are other people here from Quebec, but yesterday I tried the internet with the videotron helix terminal and I have never been able to operate my dahua cameras, I have spend a day trying a lot of things and nothing to do it would say that the terminal did not want to assign new ip addresses to my cameras so I canceled and return to my old package which works well

Just a guess, but your Videotron device is probably on a different sub net than the Dahua cameras. Dahua cameras all come with the same installed IP address oof 92.168.1.108. You can only connect one at a time to your network to configure it. Normally, configuration is done by connecting to a PC and the PC needs to have access to the 192.168.1.x sub net.
