Telnet Commands?

Does anyone have any experience with the telnet interface to set image parameters? I'm looking to use the cli to set the gain, exposure etc to override the automatic settings. I looked into using a curl script via the pzt but unfortunately on my SWADS-466CAM's the firmware is a little bit crippled that way.

Of course, if anyone knows how to get this stupid swan cam to take pzt commands, that would be great as well.
 
So, I was able to use the iVMS-4200 software to set the exposure and other various stuff, and the camera logs report that it was set using PZT configuration.

I read a thread about the generic ONVIF, so I downloaded that ONVIF device manager and it can see the cameras too and adjust the exposure as well.

I guess what I'm asking, is how do I get BI to do this so I don't have to manually set the exposure/gain/brightness etc every single night manually?
