I have been tasked to find a new camera system for the office. This is a multi building camera system that is connected via private fiber. In all we will need to attach approximately 48 cameras to start but would like the ability to keep adding cameras as needed (more than 128). We also need to be able to have logins that could be limited to view only certain cameras while other logins could see everything. I would also like these to be IP cameras for obvious reasons. I have 9 Hikvision cameras at my house and love them. However, I am not aware of the NVR/NVR's that could handle such a massive amount of Hikvision cameras. I would also like to know any vendors that you are aware of in the Houston area that could assist with this type of installation.
