Swann NVR-7300 dead

HI

My Swann NVR-7300 appears to have died.
The box is not booting up, all lights on the front are flashing.
I have tried disconnecting the HDD with no luck.
Can this be reset/repaired?

The cameras with it are Swann NHD-815
Can they be used with a different NVR box?
Can they/would they need to be flashed with alt firmware?

Don't upgrade the firmware on the NHD-815 ( IPC_388M ) to any of the following firmware it will disable RSTP. I did it and now it only works with swan dvr and before I was able to use Blue Irs. I am going to hack this thing I hate the Swan DVR. I wished I remembered what version I was on before I upgraded all 8 cams. Note I tried to go back to "541_16081000" see if it would even work to downgrade and no go :(


Firmware that did it "IPC_388M.541_16081000.ov4689.3MP.SW_AUS"
I also tired "IPC_388M.541_17051800.ov4689.4MP.SW_AUS" same thing but I will hack :)
