Swann NHD-875ER - not working after firmware update

Hi All - complete newby here.

I have 3 Swann NHD-875ER cameras that stopped working after a firmware update.
Swann have replaced the cameras with new ones but now I have three left over which I'd like to get back up and running if possible?

If anyone has any suggestions that would help it would be much appreciated!

I almost burned the lot after they stopped working!

Any ideas on how to possibly reset them or the like? I'll take a bad solution over none!

I'm not familiar with that brand and how it behaves with downgrades etc.
there is an Australian link, but not sure if its what you already did.
I googled Swann NHD-875ER downgrade firmware and found a wild goose chase.
