Been a googlin and so far no answers or even pointers, so I will tip my hat and ask for any help possible....
FRIEND has a Swann system that works fine, he has issues when he tries to use the IOS app Homesafe View to remote view them, the app loads OK, but the screens that represent the individual cameras just spin and spin, this is on GSM, wireless access at home is perfect.
The method is installed by the scanning of a qrcode and authenticated by username and password.
The qrcode works, I registered it on my android and the same combination worked first time and every time.
It works on his partners iPhone, same model and spec 100%
Deleted and reinstalled the app, same issues, and I cannot see any location on the ios device to clear out any possible cache.
I am NOT an IOS person, so any pointers or options greatly appreciated.
