i have 5 hikvision ip camers that im trying to get to work. i ran the sadp and setup the ip address and set the port.
i can view all cameras and do config in the browser.
but when i put the info into BI all i get is this.

the cameras do not show up on the hikvision vms4200 viewer either.
 
what is the ip address of your pc or what is you routers ip range?
Can you access the camera via your web browser?
 
Each camera must have a unique ip address. You do not have to change the ports, you can leave them all on default 80.
 
ok, i missed it in your first post when you said you can see the cams via the browser. Did you change the password? if you you need to enter the correct password in BI.

yes i can access them with a browser. and all ips are different and all ports are the same i changed to 2000.
seems to be working now. not sure what happened. but i was trying for a day to get it to work.
