Suggestions

Trying to find a camera/nvr combo that will work for a subdivision amenities area, have been looking at the using hikvision DS-2CD2342WD-I's with a DS-7616NI-E2/16P but was suggested that Dahua is a better option to look at. I only have 1100$ to spend and we currently need 4 cameras (Could grow to 8 in the future) + nvr. What would you guys suggest?

Use these camera here Dahua Starlight Varifocal Turret (IPC-HDW5231R-Z)

Starlight 170 x 4 = 680
Hp system = 280
Blue Iris 60

Total 1,020

Use the rest of the money for cables and other things needed
