Stranger chasing dog in my yard

Just got my dahua 2231 installed a couple weeks ago and two nights ago this happened.

At 10pm a stranger drives down our 70yd driveway and starts chasing a small dog. It was surreal.

This 18 second video clip is at 16x and lower quality than actual camera footage, but the actual event lasted over 45 minutes lol.

I added the Beny Hill music for effect, seemed appropriate.

It was very cold and the lady was in PJ's and slippers. The dog had a sweater on so was not bothered by temps I guess lol

As a child I remember chasing my dogs when they slipped by me and out of the yard... I think they enjoyed it, because when I quit chasing them they came back.
