Storage spaces in windows 10 for BI4?

Setting up my desktop to be BI4 server and want to check to see if i should use storage spaces or just regular disk?
My OS is on 250gb SSd and i just installed 3tb WD Red drive to use for BI4 storage.

I personally wouldn't bother with setting up separate partitions on the drive and just create a folder for the video files to live in on your 3tb drive. Use the BI settings to configure where the video is recorded to and let BI manage the space you want it to use out of the 3tb drive. Just leave the data base on your SSD (this should be set this way by default if you installed BI to your SSD).
