Storage locations - why drive C??

I've read several threads about BI storage locations, but am still confused.

I have the database and folder for storage defined as a local folder on a drive I have labeled "V" - I've had it set this way for at least 6 weeks:


But, I see videos in 2 places:

C:\BlueIris\Storage
V:\BlueIris\New

The first location (drive C) has files from 12/14 - 12/24/2015
The second location (drive V) has videos from 12/25 - 12/28/2015

Why is anything being stored on drive C and how can I get BI to STOP storing on drive C? (drive C is a SSD and I'd prefer to limit writes to it)

@bertsirkin You need to change the location of the storage folder..simply select it from the dropdown then change the path.
