The video may have happened a few years ago but it is illustrative of what has happened during the riots over the lat few weeks. In Philly a gun store owner shot and killed a looter trying to rob his store. No charges will be filed against the gun store owner, justifiable homicide as ruled by the DA, Larry Krasner a George Soros sponsored electee.
