maybe in the future there will be ip cameras with this kind of night shoots

That is awesome..Hikvision has something similar they call darkfighter...currently only available in their box cameras but hopefully soon in their regular cameras...you will no longer need IR in most cases...

 
Not sure it's worth it. It's $700ish on AE as a box camera, no lens, no outdoor housing and it's only 1080P. Would be interesting to see how it compares to the 5MP Bosch Starlight 8000MP camera which considering it's 5MP at 30FPS, is really not that much more expensive than the Hikvision and that's from U.S. channels, not AE.
