Some cameras stopped recording IVS events

I have just noticed that some of my cameras are not recording IVS events. If I trigger them, they will record that event.
I did not change anything for months, I was just updating BI.
Compared setting from a working camera to one that does not record, and I did not notice any difference.
What could be the issue?
Also UI3 is acting up, if I select a camera. A bunch of errors show up, and I can't use it anymore.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a test computer I try updates on and the recent 5.7.5 and above this is happening to me as well.

I haven't updated my main machine yet.

Send a ticket to support to investigate and then rollback to the last stable version.

I have rolled back to 5.7.3 and it did not fix it.

Actually, it reverts back to the latest version after downgrade. That is weird. I have tried with the 5.7.4.2 and 5.7.3 as well. After downgrading, it goes back to 5.7.5.2.

5.7.0.5 is OK.
