snow sure ruins camera exposures

It snowed and my exposures are all washed out

It kinda works in my favor on 3 of my outdoor parking area cams in this Urban setting with Converter Thieves, and assholes a plenty. Snow will stay now until March ( usually) So i have no choice in the matter.

Yeah, usually makes mine look better with the extra reflected light.

You can have all of my snow though. I still don't want it.

Give us a screenshot, using snipping tool, of all the setting for the camera from the camera GUI. To me it looks like a gain or compensation problem. If everything is at default or auto this is what can result.
