SNMP access to cameras behind NVR

Hi

I recently installed a DS-7732NI-E4 NVR together with a little over twenty Hikvision IP dome cameras.

The first fifteen cameras are directly plugged into the NVR and occupy a 192.168.4 subnet
The subsequent cameras are on the client's subnet (192.168.0)
The NVR network interface is addressed 192.168.0.254

A direct HTTP access to the NVR connected cameras requires that we use the following address format: 192.168.4.x:6500y,
where 6500y runs from 65001 onwards for the fifteen connected cameras

My question is, how can I remotely monitor those fifteen cameras via SNMP ? How can I reach them from the 192.168.0 subnet side ?

With a couple of small tweaks - full network access to NVR PoE-connected cameras is possible.
