Hello, I have a 42164ks3 NVR device that has four smd plus channels, but when I try to activate the smd function of a 1439sp s camera, this message appears (this function not supported). Does the recorder itself not have this function? I want to activate human detection and vehicle detection with the HFW1439 camera and the 42164ks3 recorder device

Where are you trying to activate SMD, on the NVR or on the camera gui?

you must enable this on NVR for specific channel and select that SMD is done/run on NVR not camera.
Also you can't enable any other AI function on NVR (they exclude each other).
This is low line NVR so can be other limitations...
