SmartPSS on MAC doesn't pull up cameras reliably

I'm curious if anyone has had issues pulling up their cameras on Macs vs desktop/Microsoft windows computers running the SmartPSS software. I have 4 Dahua cameras running through a Dahua NVR. With both laptops running right next to each other on the same network, the desktop/Microsoft laptop always finds the cameras however the Mac only will do it once and a while (it's found the cameras twice). The Mac is able to find my other camera system however it never pulls up the 4 I'd like to see.

Is there is something I need to do with the Mac software to make it run more reliably? Thoughts?

Mik, I believe there are different versions of smart pss for mac. If I ever have issues with smart pss runnig on Mac, I always download the original PSS and that usually works well.
