I'm struggling with SmartPSS for some time now.
In order to view events such as ISV, I was opening "event config" and enabled each event pet each cam.
When I then open "Event" tab, I can see the list of all events BUT when I try to view them (pressing the sign next to "operation"), I'm getting an error "no records were found".
it's nice to see all cams on SmartPSS (I wish there was also AI line with all recent events) but when I find out that I cannot view any event, it makes the SmartPSS useless.
There must be something I'm doing wrong though I have no idea what it is.
* The NVR in use is NVR5216-16P-I
