Im running smartpss on a server which has the pc-nvr server running. From a remote computer wit the smartpss software, I am able to access the pc-nvr server by entering the server IP. The cameras that are added to it the server appear on the client as expected. However, the PTZ commands are not passed from the client to the camera. Has anyone been able to get this to work?
