Smart PSS version V2.003.00000001.0 4-13-20 failed to get error??

I just upgraded to the latest of smart pss from an earlier version and on most menu items i get the failed to get data error when accessing my Dahua NVR build 4-18-2017
all the menus in the cams work just some of the nvr menus get the error and on the previous pss version all the menus worked no errors.
the menus that don't work now are all the network menus, event menus,storage ftp menu,system ptz menu.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

You could try to run SmartPSS as administrator.

Right click on the SmartPSS icon, then click "Run as Administrator"
