Smart PSS, Motion Events

I have been trying the set this up for two days and maybe its not even possible.
I will be recording 24/7 and would like motion detection events embedded in the recordings, like the attached screenshot, so I can scan through the recordings for MD.
Maybe just something I have missed, but not getting the desired effect. Was able to record motion detection, but it would create separate small recordings of the events in addition to the 24hr recordings. Enabled MD and set Schedule per instructions.
Is this possible with PSS or no? Do I need to be using PC-NVR?

You need pc nvr for recording. Setting can you change in the main menu. See the following screens.
