Does anyone have a suggestion for a camera for evaluations and disciplinary talks? The office is only 6 x 6 so focal length would be super short and it would need to have audio.

What is your primary objective? Body expressions with voice recording for legal evidence ?

The Dahua K42-A is a good contender IMHO. It has a built in mic and a 97° horizontal view. It also looks more like a web camera and would look perfectly normal sitting on a desk, which might help employees react to it better than a camera that looks like a "security camera".

You're kidding, right? I hope 6 x 6 would be in yards. In a 6 foot x 6 foot room there'd be only room for 2 chairs and your faces would be about 2 feet away from one another!

Apparently it's not an office, but an interrogation room. Perhaps a "security" looking camera would be more appropriate!

I wish I were kidding. It's a prior buildout of a restaurant before we took it over. It's a glorified broom closet.
