Yes, you can turn off authentication. That is really the only way.

Assuming that is not what you want, you could download my custom web interface (linked in my signature below) and it includes a login page that has auto-login capability. There will be about a 3 second delay (to give a person time to disable automatic login) but it is better than nothing. If you really want to you could open up the login page script and edit it to log you in instantly. I did actually make it easy, you just have to find and replace the text "SOME_USER_NAME_TO_LOG_IN_INSTANTLY" with your Blue Iris user name, and the next time you load the login page with that user name already saved, it will log in instantly without the 3 second delay. But that script will get replaced if you update and the login page gets overwritten, so it is a bit of a pain.
