Single cam htm file for low impact android viewing

New here, and have been working on a solution for quite a while with no success. My short story is that I have 5 cams in BI, all working well there. My need is that I have a home automation system (Homeseer HS3 and applications using HSTouch running on Android tablets) all of the .htm BI files in the www folder function, but all I really need is a .htm file that offers video to my tablet(s) but does so in a lightweight fashion. What I am experiencing is that the resource required to use the base files ends up slowing my tablets to a crawl. Mobile.htm seems like the best candidate but I don't have the coding skills to take this file and distill it down to only serving the feed from a single camera.

Any and all assistance greatly appreciated.

These are a few I use, just drop into your WWW folder on your Blue
Iris server
Cam1 adjusts to fit screen, Cam 1 640x480 is sized for that and can be changed in the file, and Outside shows 4 cams at 1280x720 which can also be easily changed.
