With Black Friday prices, is it worth selling my i4770K for a newer CPU, MB, and RAM or should I wait another generation?

Do you have a Microcenter near you? Some of their deals have been tempting...
So - does your CPU hit a bottle neck? If not, I'd wait. While I've been tempted to jump on a i7-9xxx deal from MC - by the time I add everything up, it gets to be a bit painful... so I'm probably going to hold off myself.

The closest is 70 miles away so 3 hours of travel and about $25 of gas. I seen they had $30 savings on i9600K but this pretty much wipes the savings.
I've no bottle neck but my CPU doesn't support VT-x and I need that in order to consolidate pfSense to this machine. I can probably get around $250 for my existing MB/CPU/RAM to put towards an upgrade but since I don't follow the latest news with regards to CPU's I'm not sure if it's a good time to do so or not. At the same time, I don't want to wait to long until my current gear isn't worth much ...
