just installed brand new DS-2CD2042WD-I 12mm
I have two problems
1. Picture is with shadow abberration, even if I set 1/50, 1/100s or other smaller time exposure. In every night picture images are overlapped
2. the street is illuminated with probably sodium light and when I set 50hz or 60hz picture is noticing light changes (flashing) and this is related to the frequency of the lighting flashing. Additionally that flashing is making false alarms at hihvision and camera sends image to ftp. I cannot find good (short) time of exposure to avoid flashing. My need is to have 1/100s or shorter exposure time, because i would like to have licence plate clear. When I set 1/25s there is no flashing, but licence plates are invissible (second picture)
Do you have any idea what is the solution of my problem?
