Setup help for vehicles snapshot

Using the paid subscription of Openalpr 8.00. That only gives the license plate. Is there a way to store the video or snapshot of the vehicles on my local computer?
I get the snap shot on Rekor Scout, but that is only going to the cloud. Is there any settings that I can change to make this happen?
