Please excuse me, as I am very new to this, this is actually the first IP camera I have purchased, and it is fighting me.... It could certainly be something simple, but I think I have input everything correctly and I still cant get this to show up in BI, it shows fine in Zmodo software. I updated the camera firmware, and BI is the lates version, please help I have been at this for hours with no success.

Try entering the camera IP address and port in the address entry and retry Find/Inspect

camipaddress:10800

If it doesn't work, probably need to access the cam web page and check some settings. Check the RTSP feed first and make sure is enabled.

Where is camiaddress at?
Thanks

Your cam IP. What did you set it to? Connect to the cam via the Zmodo app and check the network settings. Could be that your cam is set for dhcp, unless of course you set a static IP for it.

Also, I was reading real quick over the user manual and the default video port is set for 8000, so try "your cam's IP address", for example, 192.168.0.100:8000

I am using WIFI, this camera has no other connection (No Cat-5)

I have tries all kinds of frame rates, problem is every time it has the same result when performing the find/insect, it says RTSP Port OPEN? as if it can not locate it.

Dont use find inspect...enter the correct url under the generic rtsp option.

So after calling Zmodo, the new camera's do not support ONVIF, so it seemed no matter what I would do it would not work. I ended up just purchasing the NVR, and in minutes everything was up and running. Kind of upsetting that you can't use 3rd party apps, but it all works well now, and was very simple.
