What is the best way of setting up the ivms 4200, I have some hikvision cameras, all port forwarding has been set up, I can view them from cameras form different locations, so what would be the best way to set up the ivms 4200 software?

First thing I would do buddy is disable port forwarding on those cameras. Then have a quick read through this VPN Primer for Noobs you don't need to read the whole thread if you don't want to, just the first entry. Hikvision along with other well known cameras have weak security and backdoors. If exposed to the internet via port forwarding there is a very good chance they will get hacked.
