set up push notifications laview nvr?

I'm trying to set up push notifications on laview nvr but having no luck. I tried to register at laviewcloud.com but it doesn't let me log in (message ocx failed to load).

What do I have to do? I just want 1 camera to push to ios laview app for line crossing detection
