Sentry Alert 15s Timeout

Is anyone else having problems with Sentry Alerts? I have 2 locations, both sides have this issue since Dec 3rd. I emailed Sentry support, email acknowledged, yet no resolution or further response so far.
As per Sam from BI - Their cloud service is taking too long. BI times out.

Working normally for me on 10 cameras.

issue resolved with upgrading to latest BI version. thank you
