SD1A203T-GN-W WDR is not turning on even after resets

I have firmware 2.623.0000000.7.R.R4.383 (Build Date: 2018-11-24) on my SD1A203T-GN-W.

I have reset to defaults everything under Conditions and tried to turn WDR on. Unfortunately, while it saves and says WDR is on, the setting has zero effect on the image. Anyone had this problem and sorted it out?

i have the SD1A203T-GN version and my WDR function doesn't work automatically (only works manually)...

upgraded the firmware but that didn't help..
