I have the above mentioned camera. I have been searching hi and low but cant seem to figure out me issue. I am looking to accses the menu to change my tilt settings. Currently lowest tilt I can go to is 20. My camera specs say it has a range of 90 to 5. I want to set it so I can get to tilt 5 for when I am zoomed in I can tilt a bit higher.
I went in to the ptz menu, but nothing displays on the screen. Not sure why???
