Is there a way to find out the HTTP port of a cam, whether through SADP or another program?

Not sure if this helps, but I use a program called net scan on my Android that tells me all the device IP address and ports that are open with each device.

The newest version of SADP (later than 2.1.0.2) does also show the HTTP port as well as IP address and other info.
But - for devices on the same network segment - the very good Windows open-source tool 'ONVIF Device Manager' from sourceforge.net shows you that, and so much more.
It's very useful when there are parameters you need to configure for access or monitoring that the user manual does not cover, such as RTSP streaming URLs, ONVIF port etc.
