Specs say it's ONVIF....Blue Iris should be able to config the cam if you give the cam a static IP and tell BI what that is along with the cam's username and password.
  • Go here and down at bottom, under the Downloads tab, download and install Nelly's "Device Config Tool".
  • Configure the cam with it and then return to put in the cam's IP, username and password into BI.

Check the port numbers are correct and you have no path in the video path box.

Try downloading ONVIF device manager software to help you if need be.

Have time to work on it. Still no Signal.
Video Path Box is for recording on the purple drive ? I set D:/BlueIris/Stored ?

ONVIF device manager says Media Port : 7050, Web Port : 80
I setted the port accordind to ONVIF device manager and it says : ''Error: 8000274d (refused; check IP adress and port) 0'' & also ''Error: 80002745 (Socket error: 10053) 0''

The PC with Blue Iris and Nelly's T2M Cam is connected to a D-Link Network Switch model : DGS-1008P wich is connected to an ASUS router model : RT-AC68U wich is connected to my Modem.

Your #3 screenshot in post #4 of your cam config at that time? Please post another of what you have now that's not working.
Did you try @Olddawg 's suggestion for config but using your cam IP, user and password?
Is BI server and camera IP on same subnet? Like 192.168.1.xxx ?

Here... I dont know where to find my BI server subnet adress.
Should be OK, the BI server is "talking" to the cam BUT....
As I suggested/asked in my post #8 above: Did you try @@Olddawg 's suggestion for config but using your cam IP, user and password?
Also, remove the ":80" after your camera's IP.

That I cannot answer.
Did you not follow my instructions in post #2 to set up the username and password using Nelly's Config Tool?
Correct, do not use the QR code.

Setted a new username and password using Device Config Tool ''Device Search''
still no signal. Full night no results... Tutorial time.

Are you able to bring up the cam's built-in webGUI by opening a browser and put in the cam's IP?

The ASUS Router's firewall may be the issue ?
Did the tool discover the cam and allow you to set user/pass? If so, then I doubt it's the firewall.

Installed recent firefox v.70,uninstalling to download v. 51... EDIT: No link to download old version, it redirect to latest on mozilla website.
